print only a brief summary of conditions
in the bank book, and it is suggested that
this practice should be adopted in Hong
Kong, the bank book giving also a reference
to the full rules of the company, which
should be readily available for
examination by depositors.
Section 301(2). It should be made
clear that if the rules of the savings
bank company are amended after the initial
approval by the Governor, the amendments
will require similar approval.
Section 364. It should be made
clear whether this section means that
deposits cannot be increased by more than
$200 a month net, or whether it means
that deposits in any one month,
